I love this recipe. For some reason the pork just perfectly balances out the sweet and miso flavors. I also love that it super quick to whip up and tastes amazing with steamed or roasted vegetables.
Combine all ingredients and mix. Combine pork and marinade and put in the fridge for a couple hours (overnight is best).
Grill on BBQ until cooked. You can also use a cast iron skillet. The idea is to get a nice dark glaze from the honey.
